Ordering

Ordering a piece of jewellery from VENYSS is easy, safe and fast. Follow the steps below to place an order and your new VENYSS piece of jewellery will be shipped out!

Step 1: Select the item of your choice from one of the selected filters on the homepage. Then select the right size and click on the red button "add to shopping cart". You will then receive a notification that the item has been successfully added to your shopping cart. From here, you can either go to the shopping cart to check your selection or continue shopping in the web. If you choose to continue shopping, retake it from step 1.

Step 2: When you have finished shopping, go to the shopping cart to order the selected item. If you are on the shopping cart page, you can click the order button to pay for the relevant product.

Step 3: Once you clicked the checkout button, you can either create a new account or log in by entering your email address and password. If you want to create a new account, enter your billing address completely. Now you can select the preferred payment method. You can select from: IDEAL, Paypal, bank transfer or a payment by debit or credit card. Finally, click the complete order button.

Step 4:  In the last step, you will arrive at the payment page where you click the payment button. Then you pay with the selected secure payment method as you usually do.

Due to the holiday season and an increased volume of orders our Delivery Partners may experience delays in delivery. We are working hard to ensure your Venyss goodies arrive as quickly as possible and are delivered on time! 

To ensure you receive your order on time, be sure to place it before our Holiday Season Cut-Off Times.

  • The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.
  • There may be a delay during our sale periods.
  • All orders are shipped out of Malaysia and could incur charges due to local duties and taxes. Venyss is not responsible for any additional fees, restricted items or delay in delivery due to these circumstances. If you have any queries or concerns about this please check your local customs policy.

  • These transit days are estimates only. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.

  • Once your order has been placed online we are unable to make amendments to product, customer or delivery details. Alternatively, if you have any queries about placing an order or an order you have received, please contact our team at icare@venyss.com
